Are you a final-year student or recent graduate with a passion for football, innovation, and business? At Double Pass, you’ll gain hands-on experience working alongside industry experts who support clubs, leagues, and federations worldwide in building sustainable success.

As an intern, you will become an active member of our team and contribute to international projects that shape the future of football organisations. Depending on your academic background and interests, you can join one of the following areas:

Marketing & Communications

Help strengthen the Double Pass brand through digital marketing, content creation, social media management, and communication campaigns. You’ll support storytelling initiatives and contribute to engaging content for our global audience.

Project Management

Support the delivery of international football projects by assisting with planning, coordination, reporting, stakeholder communication, and project administration.

Business Development

Contribute to the growth of Double Pass by conducting market research, identifying new opportunities, supporting client engagement activities, and assisting strategic business initiatives.

Digital Innovation

Work on digital transformation projects, internal platforms, data management, reporting tools, automation initiatives, and emerging technology solutions that enhance organisational performance.

What We’re Looking For

• Final-year student or recent graduate.
• Background relevant to your chosen internship area.
• Fluent in English.
• Additional languages, including Dutch, are considered a plus.
• Strong interest in football and the sports industry.
• Proactive, independent, and eager to learn.
• Analytical, organisational, or technical skills depending on the role.

Location & Schedule

Our headquarters are located in Zaventem, Belgium. Interns are expected to work on-site two days per week, with flexibility for remote work on the remaining days.
