Talent Development Assessment

We audited and advised (semi-) professional soccer clubs, Development Academies, and <a href="https://www.ussoccer.com/teams/uswnt">Youth National Teams</a> on their talent development systems and processes, stimulating growth and improvement.

MasterClasses Sport-Technical Academy Leadership

Through facts, figures, and data-driven insights, we educated key staff and stakeholders on the inner workings and outcomes of their academies. We also conducted Masterclasses on Academy Management for all Academy Directors in the <a href="https://www.mlssoccer.com">MLS</a> and <a href="https://www.uslchampionship.com">USL</a>, providing essential tools for successful club and academy management.

Our team assisted clubs in implementing recommendations derived from Audits and Masterclasses. English Premier League

English football faced the challenge of producing a consistently high caliber of homegrown talent. The EPPP (Elite Player Performance Plan) sought to redefine Youth Academy Systems to enable Clubs to produce not only more players but also players of superior quality.
