Our Approach

Talent Development Manual

We co-created a Talent Development Manual (TDM) for all Venezuelan clubs, providing a strategic guide to enhance and streamline Talent Development processes. This manual equips clubs and academies with the tools to implement structured, high-quality practices across key areas.

MasterClass Sport-Technical Leadership

In the second year, we focused on empowering club leadership by delivering a MasterClass for Sport-Technical Leaders. In the fourth year, we will revisit this, building on previous learnings to further strengthen the leadership capacities within Venezuelan football.

Coach Expert Clinics

Double Pass brings together coaches from across Venezuela for a series of Coach Expert Clinics. These clinics are designed to share best practices, provide hands-on guidance, and foster collaboration within the coaching community.
