Our Approach

Licensing & Analysis

Clubs undergo thorough audits every three years, involving documentation analysis, interviews, and practical assessments. A team of 15 auditors, often led by a Technically Responsible Youth Education (TVJO), conducts this intensive fieldwork.

Series Format

Youth competitions in <a href="https://www.voetbalvlaanderen.be">Flanders</a> operate based on the audit system, with youth teams participating regionally, provincially, and interprovincially.

Awards and Best Practices

At the end of each season, audited clubs receive awards and best practices are celebrated at a unique event held at the federation's headquarters.

Swedish Elite Football

The challenge was to enhance the capabilities of the Sport-Technical Leadership in Swedish football’s highest leagues. The aim was to provide Tailor-Made educational tracks that empower them to elevate player training, foster new knowledge, and advance Academy activities within SEF clubs.
