The challenge was to enhance Talent Development in Hungary, particularly focusing on talent centers just below the elite clubs. A systematic audit cycle was established for these 28 talent centers, forming the basis for rankings, funding allocation, and competition classification.
Talent centers undergo rigorous audits in pairs, facilitated by international and Belgian auditors. This process includes documentation analysis, interviews, practical observations, and comparisons against core criteria and standards. Clubs that meet the requirements receive a license certificate.
We have conducted various training courses tailored to the needs of clubs, including Master Class Sporting Director and Master Class Academy Director programs. These initiatives cover a wide array of topics, from club management to player development and modern football trends.
