MasterClass Academy Director

Double Pass initiated the Masterclass Academy Director course in 2022 to provide essential education. Six prominent clubs joined this transformative program.

MasterClass Sporting Director

We facilitated knowledge sharing through educational sessions and workshops led by our Double Pass Experts, equipping participants with tools, frameworks, and best practices to enhance their daily operations.

Club Implementation

We customized our approach for each club, considering their unique circumstances. Starting with the club’s initial situation and philosophy, we developed strategies to enhance their value. In the processes, we designed a comprehensive curriculum covering various aspects of football management, from director profiles to talent development and curriculum construction.

J-league

The challenge at hand was to assess and improve Talent Development systems across Japanese clubs, focusing on J1, J2, and J3 League Clubs and their respective Youth Academies. The goal was to foster an environment where player potential could flourish.
