Sport Club Internacional

Double Pass signed a long term partnership with SC Internacional from Brazil in july 2018. The aim of the partnership is to set up a co-creation journey to optimise the player potential using the Double Pass model. Corporate management topics as well as football specific topics were to be delivered.

The objective of the first cycle was to improve the way the academy is functioning in order to optimise the player potential and develop more and better players that are ready for elite level football. This will be conducted together with the staff of the club.

The work with Inter includes a complete survey of all work developed in the club’s grassroots, with instruments and tools with a scientific base to seek the evolution of practices in the institution.

Through interviews with professionals, games observation, training, visits to structures, access to work methods, among other data, contracted professionals will make a complete report aiming at the best development of athletes, training and management methods, seeking to improve the work accomplished.

In August 2019 Double Pass finished the first project cycle with the general presentation of the Programa de Desenvolvimento de Talentos, a club manual of 253 pages to optimize player potential within the talent business model of SC Internacional.

In the summer of 2019 Double Pass and SC Internacional announced a new cycle of co-creation with 8 club visits of 5 days till the end of 2020.
