New co-creation journey with Kashima Antlers FC

Double Pass is proud to be working together with the 2018 Asian Football Confederation (AFC) Champions League winner, Kashima Antlers FC.

Kashima Antlers FC is a Japanese football club playing in the J1. The club has proved by far Japan’s most successful football club, having won the J. League title eight times, the J. League Cup six times and the Emperor’s Cup five times.

Double Pass is thrilled to get the opportunity to inspire, advise and guide the key stakeholders of the club involved in the process of Talent Development. Together with the Japanese club we will deliver a co-creation journey with a focus on “How to create and position the role of a head of coaching in an Elite Academy”.
