Double Pass is proud to announce its first consulting project in Germany with Hertha BSC. The objective of this co-creation program with the Berlin based club is to optimise the effectiveness of the training sessions and matches based on their specific football philosophy.
Double Pass is the ideal partner in that area due to the combination of knowledge, experience and technology.
Double Pass football experts will work together with Hertha BSC’s technical staff to increase the effectiveness of the training work by:
- An in depth-analysis and finetuning of the training philosophy and training principles.
- Observing and self-evaluating training sessions within the youth academy by use of the Tag-it.
- Installing coaching workshops regarding training philosophy, training principles, and the transfer towards the field of play.
- On field practice: creating training sessions and exercises, optimising coaching style, minimising downtime and increasing the learning effects.
Hertha BSC gets the scoop to be the first club in the world to get started with the new Tag-it tool. Tag-it is a digital solution developed by Double Pass to objectively monitor and analyse training sessions and games in order to align coaching and football philosophy with the practice on field.
