Ekstraklasa has given the assignment to Double Pass to organise its first Master Class Academy Management in Poland.
The objective is to collectively educate the Technical Directors, Academy Directors and Heads of Coaching with regard to “How to successfully run an elite academy from a sport technical and managerial point of view?” and by the end improve the way football academies are functioning currently in order to develop more, better young football players.
This Master Class is being taught in a blended learning format, combining collective workshops with online assignments. With this course, taking off in March 2017 and lasting until June 2017, Double Pass wants to inspire and stimulate Polish clubs to invest in building “State of the Art Talent Development Systems”, to create openness for changes and improvement in order the evolve and raise the bar of the quality of the whole youth talent development system in the Polish league.
