What is it?
Over the last 15 years Double Pass developed its own holistic model to measure the critical success factors of talent development systems in sports and football in particular. A Double Pass methodology has been developed to make a clear picture, on and off the pitch, from different perspectives. This proven method is also used in a Double Pass scan to analyse the organisational capacity, including the resources, strategies, structures and processes of a talent development system in a club or federation. Specific attention is paid to connection and translation from theory into practice (on the field). A report with concrete findings and recommendations is presented as a starting point for improvement. This is mostly discussed during a post-scan talk where consultants take over from the analysts to guide the club or federation through an optimization process.
Meanwhile a focused scan has also been developed for a structured analysis of the first team environment in a club and the youth national teams in a federation.
