Congratulations to all participants of our Master Classes Sporting Director and Academy Director in cooperation with the Hungarian Football Federation (MLSZ). Last Wednesday, representatives of the Federation and Double Pass handed over the diplomas to the 32 newly certified Sporting Directors and Academy Directors during a graduation ceremony.
Throughout this season the participants, consisting of Academy Directors, Sporting Directors, CEO’s and club owners were jointly guided on an educational journey in order to explore these two important football management positions.
The ingredients of this educational track were a mix of presentations by Double Pass experts and external speakers out of different fields, discovering a personal leadership style, defining a personal development plan, one-to-one mentoring and guidance, webinars, assessments and role playing.
