As a federation or league it is important to have an objective system for certifying and rewarding academies  

What is it?

Over the last 15 years Double Pass developed its own method for clustering clubs based on the results of the assessments. In most projects federations and/or leagues have followed this objective way of clustering for rewarding their clubs with quality labels and other rewards. In some cases it is used to distribute money or to calculate a fair compensation fee when players move from a certified club to another. In Belgium an annual certification happening is organised together with Voetbal Vlaanderen to reward academies with quality labels and awards.
