The challenge was to improve the overall quality of youth education in football from grassroots to competitive levels. Approximately 160-170 clubs undergo rigorous audits annually, aiming to elevate their standards.
Clubs undergo thorough audits every three years, involving documentation analysis, interviews, and practical assessments. A team of 15 auditors, often led by a Technically Responsible Youth Education (TVJO), conducts this intensive fieldwork.
Youth competitions in Flanders operate based on the audit system, with youth teams participating regionally, provincially, and interprovincially.
At the end of each season, audited clubs receive awards and best practices are celebrated at a unique event held at the federation’s headquarters.

The challenge was to enhance the capabilities of the Sport-Technical Leadership in Swedish football’s highest leagues. The aim was to provide Tailor-Made educational tracks that empower them to elevate player training, foster new knowledge, and advance Academy activities within SEF clubs.
