Assessment

What is it?

Our assessment is the basis for support and a certification which guarantees the quality of the talent development work.

An assessment is a complete screening of the organisational capacity and set-up of how talent is developed. It includes many different processes and football specific topics. In this way we get a clear view of the situation “as is”. The assessment results in a report with findings, scores and specific recommendations. This usually is the first step towards the improvement of performance.

The double pass assessments are conducted, based on a scientific model, assembling different data into one tool through documentary analysis, standardised interviews and live observations of training sessions and games. They are executed and analysed by experienced football professionals who will make recommendations for improvement so that our customers know where they stand and what they can do to improve.

Optimally assessments are done over specific intervals in time. This allows to compare and quantify progress in capacity and performance.
