Tailor-made approach entirely dedicated to sports: Taking in to account the various aims and the unique characteristics of sports organizations, it is safe to say that the sports sector validates a specific approach. Even more, in order to successfully evaluate and improve youth academies in different sports, a tailor made approach is need for each. Every sport discipline must be approached based on specific quality levels and in close relation to the daily practice. This is without a doubt the only way to create sufficient support for a durable implementation of quality systems of this kind in the sector of sports.
We speak the language of sport: Our roots lay in sports. Therefore, we focus our attention on the organised sport and more specifically on the management of youth organizations and training. Not only do all of our team members have a university degree in sports, they also have substantial experience in various sports disciplines such as sportsman, trainer, coach, administrator, official and/or organizer.
Scientific base: the knowhow and basis of our quality concept were developed at the Vrije Universiteit Brussel; the fact that our basic model has been tested by scientific criteria guarantees the quality of all our projects.
We go beyond theory: although each professionally streamlined quality system needs strongly fixed visions, opinions and procedures, we believe that they are worthless if they are not sustained by nor implemented in practice. This is the reason why we do not only critically analyze all written documentation. We also take into consideration all the information gotten from structured interviews and practical audits during trainings and matches.
Functional software: during the quality audits, we use our own, specifically designed software. This instrument not only boosts our efficiency but allows us also to carry out our audits on a large scale, without having to sacrifice objectivity.
A professional support: in each project, we systematically look how to optimize the club’s efficiency en effectiveness; we always offer professional support to all members of the sport organization.
