mission:

• certify and professionally support the youth sport academy

vision:

• constantly improving the quality and effectiveness of the youth sport academy by systematically applying the integral and sport specific PASS quality system.
• by using the functional ‘Professional Academy Support System’ we want to adequately guide the sports clubs to a specific quality label

Field of activity and desired effects

Sporting league

• provide professional advice with regards to the development and implementation of an integral and structural quality strategy for future success
• perform audits and certify associated clubs according to the sport specific PASS model in order to recognize and appreciate the quality youth academy.
• monitor (and globally analyse) in order to detect and signal bottlenecks of the youth academy
• counsel during the set up of operational systems in order to support clubs

Professional clubs

• certify and support these clubs by applying the appropriate PASS model for a professionally oriented trainer
• stimulate a constant flow of personally trained youth to the first team
• ameliorate the flow of gifted youth as the foundation for a future successful international team
• address the bottlenecks which prevent the flow of personally trained youth

Amateur clubs (recreation)

• certify and support these clubs by applying the appropriate PASS model for a quality training and stimulating club environment
• construct a solid (long term) relation with the youth as a guaranty for a successful future club organization
