Double PASS is recruiting
independent auditors for Foot PASS England
Over the past two years, English Professional
Football (the Premier League, the Football League and the
Football Association) has conducted a
comprehensive review of youth development in England. As a result, an "Elite Player Performance Plan"
(EPPP) has been developed. This plan defines how clubs will develop young players
in the future and was its implementation was recently
accepted by the Clubs .
New rules are now being drawn up for its ratification in
February 2012, after which the EPPP will be set for a
planned full launch in July 2011.
As part of the new approach, each Academy will be
required to undertake a self-assessment of its programme,
staff and facilities based on a comprehensive set of
criteria. These self-assessments will be audited by
Foot PASS England, a business unit of Double PASS.
Foot PASS England is the independent standards
organisation (ISO) appointed by English Professional
Football (the Premier League, the Football League and the
Football Association) to undertake the auditing of Academies
under the new youth development system which will be applied
at the start of the 2012/13 Season (all subject to
final approval).
Foot PASS England is now looking to recruit a team of
experienced individuals to carry out independent audits of
Academies at the professional Clubs in England.
