Basket PASS
"The club holds this project in high consideration;
not only for the club but also for the improvement of youth basketball in
general."
Participant Basket PASS 2005 (National youth training).
"Our club entered the Basket PASS project in
order to obtain an ‘external opinion' concerning the club
and its working. The result was very enlightening and
exposed points in which we could improve that perhaps
seem evident now, but which needed to be pointed out
specifically.”
Participant Basket PASS 2006 (Provincial youth
training).
One of the Vlaamse
Basketbal Liga (VBL)most important objectives with
regards to the Basket PASS project is
to achieve an improvement of the quality of the youth
formation in cooperation with the clubs, thereby improving
the quality of the youth academies in order to improve the quality of basketball in
Flanders. Basket PASS does this by giving
professional support to the people in charge of the youth
training.
