Double PASS recruits auditors for Foot PASS Hungary

Double PASS is appointed by the Hungarian Football Federation (HFF) to undertake the independent auditing of the academies of elite football clubs and second line training centres in Hungary from the season 2013-2014. Main functions are the evaluation and support of the academies with the ‘Professional Academy Support System’ (PASS).

Foot PASS Hungary is now looking to recruit a team of experienced individuals to carry out independent audits (“scans”) of academies at elite clubs and second line training centres in Hungary. Each Foot PASS Scan is conducted by a team of 2 independent auditors and requires attendance at a club over a 3-day period, as well as pre-audit work and report writing. The role will be carried out as a self-employed (freelance) provider of services to Double PASS and involve nationwide travel. The roles are to commence immediately (the latest 1 August 2013).

Key tasks, which will be the subject of a comprehensive training programme, will include:

• organisation of the audits: administration and contact with the clubs
• pre-audit: in-depth analysis of club documents
• audit on location: on site verification of information provided by a club, including the interview of  different stakeholders (the board, management, coaching staff and players) and visit of facilities
• practical audit: evaluation of training sessions and matches of academy teams
• reporting: production of an audit report
• post-audit: feedback and discussion with the academy and other representatives of the club.

The auditors will be involved in the set-up and fine-tuning of the system (translation and adaptation of PASS to the Hungarian situation), the communication to the clubs and the preparation of a course for Academy Directors. They will work in an international team of PASS auditors, involved in similar projects in Belgium, Germany and England.
